What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Applovin
• Collaborate with fellow UA managers and artists to develop engaging ad creatives for international audiences
• Onboard new partners and technologies, and support infrastructure projects that impact our bottom line
• Stay ahead of industry trends, UA best practices, and platform updates to refine acquisition strategies

Must Have Requirements

• Autonomous and collaborative working style with a strong drive to take ownership and push creative and technical boundaries
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas), and data interpretation
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) for campaign optimization and team collaboration
• Basic familiarity with our game titles
• Degree in Business Administration or related field

Nice To Have Requirements

• Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile gaming landscape, especially strategy games
• Additional language skills for international campaigns
• Familiarity with major social media networks
• Ability to create basic presentations or reports, and present original marketing ideas during interviews
• Basic proficiency with paid media platforms like Meta, Google, Applovin
