Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including: ensuring risk and incident reporting quality, review and challenge, monitoring implementation of mitigating actions, reconciliation of incidents.
2. Conduct control testing, including: identifying control gaps and assisting the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions.
3. Monitor Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
4. Support processes such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), stress testing, scenario analysis, process reviews, and investigations.
5. Act as a contact person for the 1st Line of Defense, supporting risk assessments and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or equivalent.
• First experience at a bank, asset manager, or financial services company in (Operational) Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Strong risk-oriented analytical skills and ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English, both verbal and written.
