What are your responsibilities?

• You are part of our international team of over 20 colleagues
• You continuously monitor customer budgets
• You create internal and external reports with international colleagues and customers
• You enter budgets in our internal system to ensure that all media buying steps are diligently recorded and tracked within our internal tools.
• Oversee the end-to-end booking process, from initial placement to confirmation, adhering strictly to agency workflows and protocols.
• Conduct regular checks to guarantee all media bookings comply with both client mandates and internal quality standards.
• You are the contact person and interface between purchasing, planning and finance at an international level
• You support the team with finance-related issues

What skill set do you bring with you?

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree with a focus on finance/controlling and have some professional experience in the commercial sector
• You have some knowledge of controlling and accounting and have a strong affinity for numbers
• You have very good Excel skills and good MS Office skills
• You have a high customer and service orientation
• In addition to a very good command of German, you also have a very good command of English so that you can communicate effectively with our international colleagues

• Workation: You can work from abroad for up to 6 weeks per year.
