Junior Marketing Manager - German Speaking (VIE Program)

What you will do

At Renault Trucks Germany, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. The Marketing team is recruiting a VIE Junior Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract in Ismaning, near Munich.

You will be responsible for:

1. Supporting the implementation of Renault Trucks' marketing and communication strategy, ensuring consistent brand presence.
2. Organizing and executing innovative events independently.
3. Assisting in the creation of retail materials (print and digital).
4. Supporting Partner & Customer Relationship Marketing, including mailings and newsletters.
5. Collaborating with relevant departments at European headquarters, as well as German sales and product management teams.
6. Working with agencies and external service providers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in the commercial vehicle industry and future mobility concepts.
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field.
• Has initial work experience as an intern or student worker in marketing or an agency.
• Is confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and has knowledge of layout programs like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
• Possesses a customer-oriented, proactive, and reliable mindset; is a strong team player.
• Has excellent communication skills, with a good sense for text and layout.
• Works independently and is well-organized.
• Is fluent in German (mother tongue or equivalent) and has very good English skills.
• Possesses a valid driving license.
