For our trainee program, we seek outstanding graduates with a penchant for technical details, creativity in problem solving, and the potential to assume a management role. Depending on your background, you can spend 12-24 months in various technical and commercial positions and support Bosch abroad as a sparring partner.

Together with us, you will lay the foundations for your future as a manager. Leadership means continuously developing yourself and others, influencing processes, and achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.

• Choose your preferred start date and when your permanent employment begins
• Design your program with up to 6 stations in different areas

Background

You have completed your master's or diploma with above-average grades, with relevant priorities. An MBA, PhD, or some professional experience is a plus.
