For our trainee program, we are seeking outstanding graduates with a passion for technical details, creativity in problem solving, and the potential to assume a management role. Depending on your background and focus, you can spend 12-24 months in various technical and commercial positions, supporting Bosch internationally as a sparring partner.

• Decide your preferred start date and when your permanent employment begins
• Design your program with up to 6 stations across different areas
• Experience Bosch during a station abroad

Background: You have completed your master's or diploma with above-average grades and have set relevant priorities. An MBA, PhD, or some professional experience is a plus.

Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through challenging internships. You possess a very good command of relevant skills.
