Our Junior Managers Program in Finance, Controlling & Accounting is designed for ambitious graduates who want to start their career in the commercial field and prepare specifically for a leadership position. During the program, you will be deployed in various departments of the company, both domestically and internationally, gaining comprehensive insights into our core business processes.

You will rotate through different commercial departments such as finance or controlling and work on strategic projects as well as digitalization and automation topics. Your tasks will include individual project responsibility, optimization of business processes, and conducting financial analysis.

Background: You have completed your Master's or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with above-average results. You are familiar with business planning and KPI systems. An MBA, PhD, or some professional experience is a plus.

Experience and Know-how: You bring at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through demanding internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You are proficient in both English and German.
