Aufgaben

As a Business Intelligence and Analytics JMP, you will support our specialist departments in making decisions on current topics and in analyzing and identifying potential improvements to manage business processes.

Over the course of 12-24 months, you will work in predominantly commercial positions in Germany and abroad, opening up new perspectives for the specialist departments on complex issues—such as determining market trends and forecasts—by contributing statistically sound, model-based deep-dive analyses. To manage operational processes in a data-driven and more efficient way, you will develop customized micro-solutions based on the latest machine learning solutions in collaboration with the specialist departments.

Profil

• Personality: You are passionate about driving the digitalization of our business and product areas. You see yourself as an entrepreneur and enjoy turning large amounts of data into valuable insights. You enjoy inspiring others. You value courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness.
• Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in business administration, economics, mathematics/statistics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field with above-average grades. An MBA, PhD, or some professional experience is a plus.
• Experience and know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and practical experience through relevant internships applying data analytics, data science, data mining, or machine learning methods. You are proficient in handling large datasets using various tools—programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript are welcome. You have a very good command of English and a good command of German.
