Job Responsibilities
- Manages sales and key accounts under the guidance of the Sales Director Hygiene Europe to ensure and improve existing business and customer satisfaction. Supports sales processes within the product area and provides input to optimize back office operations.
- Jointly responsible, with guidance from the Sales Director Europe, for achieving sales targets and profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling sales activities. Supports contracts, negotiations with customers, and pricing strategies. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand under the guidance of the Sales Director Hygiene Europe.
- Participates in trade fairs, customer events, and internal sales meetings.
- Supports sales documentation, presentations, and reporting.
Your Strengths
- Preferably some experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the hygiene industry, including marketing.
- Good analytical and technical skills, with problem-solving abilities.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to action.
- Excellent English speaking skills; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel more than 30%.
