Position Description:

As a Junior Management Consultant, you will contribute to CGI's project success by supporting clients and senior executives with business case decision papers, marketing & sales materials, and business modeling.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

1. Performing project work packages independently and contributing to overall project success, including:

• Proof of concepts with business case modeling and numerical support for strategic, tactical, and operational decisions
• Developing conceptual solutions across functions like IT, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Procurement

Implementing approved business solutions

Supporting business development through presentations and marketing materials for senior executives

Engaging in knowledge sharing and personal development

Qualifications for success:

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
• Independent, well-structured thinking with a proactive approach
• Results-oriented, with good time and stress management
• Fluency in German & English (mandatory)

Education and Experience:

• Completed Master's degree
• Project work experience in (IT) consulting, strategy/project units of large organizations, or startups (not mandatory for Junior)
• Good IT background
• International work/study exposure
• Interest in developing industry knowledge
