About the Role

When you join Amazon as an Area/Shift Manager, you’ll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. Key Responsibilities

  3. Support and lead a team while handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture
  4. Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service
  5. Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
A Day in the Life

You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include managing your team, addressing escalations, working on process improvements, and contingency planning. You will also analyze data and performance metrics with leaders and discuss technical improvements with engineers to ensure operational success.

About the Team

Customer Fulfillment (CF) is the backbone of Amazon, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. Based in Fulfillment Centres, our team manages inventory and ensures speedy deliveries around the clock. We employ a diverse range of skills, from handling physical products to analyzing data to improve our operations.

Basic Qualifications
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) completed before the start date
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language
  • Experience in data analysis
