In our photo studio team, we produce high-quality content daily, both on models and mannequins, for our online shop ABOUT YOU. Our goal is to highlight the unique features of each garment to present all products in our range in a way that resonates with our target audience. Beyond our passion for fashion, our photo studio is characterized by a young, dynamic team that consistently demonstrates its diverse expertise.

As a Junior Logistics Manager (m/f/d), you will support the entire coordination of the flow of goods for all items photographed in our in-house photo studio, ABOUT SHOTS, as well as the management of incoming and outgoing goods. With your experience in merchandise management, you will play a crucial role in content creation for our online shops at ABOUT YOU.

Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring completeness of merchandise

• Ensuring smooth goods flow within the studio and during production
• Co-responsibility for the preparation of regular and special shoots
• Close coordination with production planning
• Support in issue resolution management
• Contribution to process optimization and the effective organization of all logistics operations
• Accurate documentation of all processes

Completed apprenticeship in logistics or a related field

• Initial experience in project management
• Ideally, experience with high-volume productions in e-commerce, particularly in fashion
• Basic experience in merchandise management is a plus
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Commitment, organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Motivation and strong team spirit
