Area of responsibilities:

• Advising the departments in the EMEA region in all legal matters (with an emphasis on the marketing-, sales and procurement department)
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents across the EMEA region, with a focus on marketing, sales, and procurement
• Supervision, coordination and monitoring of litigation and court proceedings, both nationally and internationally
• Functioning as interface between the external data protection officer and the marketing-, sales- and procurement department
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of internal legal frameworks, templates, and contract standards
• Support of other members of the EMEA Legal Team if necessary
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• You have successfully graduated with the first and second state exam in law (qualification for judicial office)
• Professional experience in a legal department of an international company or an international law firm
• You bring a solid foundation or advanced knowledge in commercial and distribution law, with an interest or experience in unfair competition law
• You are fluent in German and have good English language skills
• Your entrepreneurial mindset combined with your structured and precise way of working and your quick perception make your profile complete
