ESMC is building Europe’s semiconductor future and is seeking a (Junior) Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounting operations in our growing Finance team in Dresden, on-site. You will gain hands-on AP experience, help shape efficient financial processes in an international setting, and benefit from training opportunities, relocation support, and a company pension.

You will work with SAP and Excel and communicate in German and English to ensure accurate invoices and timely month‑end

Formación

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical accounting or finance experience from training, internships, or first role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles with interest in HGB and IFRS.
• Structured, accurate, deadline-driven work style with reliability.
• Proficient MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Very good German and good English communication.
• Motivation to learn and grow in an international team.

As a (Junior) Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support our daily accounting operations, gain hands-on experience in accounts payable and contribute to developing efficient financial processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Must-Have

• (1) Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification.
• (2) Initial practical experience in accounting or finance, gained through vocational training, internships or first professional experience.
• (3) Basic understanding of accounting principles and an interest in developing your knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• (4) Structured, accurate and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• (5)Confident handling of MS Office, particularly Excel; initial experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• (6) Very good German and good English communication skills.
• (7) Motivation to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks and develop professionally in an international team.
