Job Description:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsibility for Pan-European distribution accounts and global responsibility for key customers
- Direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products
- Create, implement, and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategy by product, region, and market
- Responsibility to increase sales and market share for Panasonic products by working closely with our product marketing and business development team
- Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding, and create win-win partnerships
- Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between Panasonic and customers
- Report defined KPIs on a regular basis
- Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position, preferably within distribution or at a manufacturer
- Commercial understanding, know-how of passive components desirable
- Solution-oriented, customer focus, and accountability
- Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven and proactive
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe (up to % of your time)
- Driver’s license required
