YOUR MISSION
  • Assist Senior Key Account Managers in driving sales, profitability, and long-term growth with strategic retail partners
  • Support the development of professional and future-oriented relationships with key customers
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of seasonal strategies in close collaboration with the Account Management team
  • Monitor market trends and analyze consumer, product, and competitor data to support impactful decision-making
  • Assist with regular sales reporting and planning, and help maintain accurate customer master data in internal systems.
YOUR TALENT
  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in sporting goods or fashion industry
  • Analytical and process driven mindset, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience of driving seasonal Go-To-Market strategies and creating account-specific assortment plans
  • Profound skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written .
