Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
  • Provide demos, presentations & conduct reseller / partner training on ManageEngine solutions.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on product and feature updates.
  • Engage with existing ManageEngine customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, including IAM, IT Security, and IT service management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Willingness to travel within/outside the EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Account Management, ICT Management, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or Cybersecurity are a plus.
