Your Tasks
- Ensure efficient first-level IT support to resolve issues quickly and maintain user productivity.
- Develop and communicate IT knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain and enhance IT documentation, including technical systems, legal obligations, and management system requirements.
- Coordinate and implement system-wide upgrades.
- Support quality assurance and testing for new or updated applications and systems.
- Participate in IT projects, especially in software implementation, migration, or automation initiatives.
- Organize and support IT training sessions and workshops for users.
- Create and update training materials.
- Document solutions and best practices for internal IT support.
- Assist with second-level support or specific application support in the absence of senior colleagues.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT clerk, IT systems clerk, or comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in IT administration or support is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems support and troubleshooting (Windows clients, Office, networks).
- Experience in user support (helpdesk, incident management) is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT security, data protection (GDPR), and documentation is advantageous.
- Interest in new technologies and motivation for professional growth.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality.
