Our client is a fast-growing IT services group with over 700 professionals across 17 locations in Germany, Hungary, and Bulgaria. They help mid-sized companies boost productivity and competitiveness by delivering innovative, secure, and future-ready IT solutions.

To support their ongoing growth, they’re now looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Ansbach.

• Manage and maintain server and client environments (mostly Microsoft, occasionally Apple)
• Set up, configure, and document IT hardware – remotely or on-site
• Deliver responsive and solution-focused 1st and 2nd level support
• Take ownership of small-scale IT projects in close coordination with the team
• Continuously maintain and improve customer IT infrastructures

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems; Apple experience is a plus
• Solid grasp of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing); knowledge of VLAN, VPN, or firewalls is a plus
• Familiarity with RMM tools, patch management, and IT documentation
• Ideally holds a Class B driver’s license - Not Mandatory
