To improve our product continuously, we are looking for a Junior IT Security Analyst (m/w/d).

Your daily work will involve:

1. Identifying risks and countermeasures using tools (Monitoring, SIEM, AV, etc.)
2. Creating concepts for cybersecurity improvements
3. Collaborating closely with IT teams on requirements, measures, and projects
4. Supporting audits across all companies, departments, and teams
5. Monitoring and managing security incidents
6. Developing and conducting security simulations and training
7. Contributing to policies and ensuring compliance

What we expect from you:

1. Relevant professional experience and knowledge of current attack methods and countermeasure scenarios
2. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, BSI 200-*, NIST
3. Specialization in technical or organizational measures (e.g., awareness, security monitoring, incident response)
4. High willingness to learn and strong quality awareness
5. Bonus: experience with data protection, scripting, or programming at shell level
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English
