The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven IT Consultant to join our team and help us innovate with a new platform that has unstoppable growth potential. As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl, you will deliver value to customers by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise, consulting techniques, and cognitive approaches to analyze issues and create innovative solutions. You will establish milestones, quality targets, and manage the work of others, while effectively communicating the impact and business benefits of your solutions to our customers and managing stakeholder expectations.

Join us as a Junior IT Consultant to gain hands-on experience across diverse IT domains, including IT Strategy & Transformation, Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Network, and Mainframe.

Your Role

• Analyze the customer's current state, define IT strategy including key outcomes, design conceptual solutions, and plan and execute design and implementation.
• Assess, transform, and modernize IT landscapes, including cloud, network, security, and digital workplace solutions.
• Advise customers on technology options and support strategic decision-making.
• Support complex business and IT strategy and transformation projects, including organizational change management.
• Develop management summaries, IT strategies, and roadmaps.
• Develop intellectual property and own specific assets, tools, and white papers in your domain.

Who You Are

• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Understanding of IT operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Interest in modern technologies.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
