As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for delivering value to customers and Kyndryl by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise, consulting techniques, and cognitive approaches to analyze issues and create innovative solutions. You'll establish milestones, quality targets, and manage the work of others while possessing strong communication skills to articulate the impact and business benefits of your solutions to our esteemed customers and manage stakeholder expectations.

Join our team as a Junior IT Consultant and gain hands-on experience across diverse IT domains, including IT Strategy & Transformation, Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Network, and Mainframe.

Your Role:

• Analyse the customer's current state, defining IT Strategy including key outcomes, designing conceptual solutions, planning and executing design and implementation.
• Assess, transform and modernize IT landscapes, including cloud, network, security, and digital workplace solutions.
• Advise customers on technology options and help them make strategic choices and decisions.
• Support complex business/IT strategy and transformation projects as well as Organizational Change Management projects.
• Develop management summaries, IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop IP and own specific assets, tools, and white papers articulating point of views in a specific domain.

Who You Are

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• First experience in a Consulting environment.
• Understanding of IT operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• High interest in modern technologies.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in diverse environments.
• Excellent communication skills with customers incl. strong ppt knowledge.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
