The Role
As a Consultant, you will support our top clients in various IT areas, including Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Applications, Data, Network, and Mainframe. You will act as an interface between business and IT, advising our clients on implementing their requirements and developing tailored solutions. Together with your team, you will help ensure that technological innovations are efficiently and smoothly integrated into our clients' corporate environments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects across various IT areas
- Support the analysis of customer requirements and create tailored solution concepts
- Assist our sales team in identifying and expanding new business areas
- Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders
- Evaluate new technologies and trends in Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Applications, Data, Network, or Mainframe
- Support project management in planning and executing projects

Who You Are:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, technical, or IT-related field, or a comparable qualification. Recent graduates with up to two years of work experience are welcome
- Passion for digital innovations, automation, and modern workplace technologies
- Initial experience or interest in Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Applications, Data, Network, and Mainframe topics
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Analytical thinking and a quick grasp of complex issues
- Creativity and initiative in developing and implementing new ideas
- An open, communicative, and solution-oriented personality as well as team spirit
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within Germany
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Previous experience in consulting
- Experience with various IT operational models and building organizations to deliver and support critical technologies
- Advanced certification in key technologies within your field
- Ability to articulate the impacts of key technologies on security, availability, costs, capacity, etc.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum)
