Jobbeschreibung

To support our Invoicing team we are searching for a Junior Invoicing Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Formal and substantive review of goods invoices from our international suppliers
  • Indexing of goods invoices in Docuware
  • Reconciliation and review of goods receipt documents
  • Processing of dunning procedures (reminders for overdue payments)
  • Reviewing and maintaining payment terms of our international suppliers
  • Communication with our international suppliers
  • Maintaining data in our merchandise management system Navision
  • Supporting the booking of goods invoices in DATEV and paying goods invoices via our internal banking software

WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed commercial training/apprenticeship
  • At least three years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent and sense of responsibility combined with an independent working style
