To support our Invoicing team we are searching for a Junior Invoicing Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Formal and substantive review of goods invoices from our international suppliers
- Indexing of goods invoices in Docuware
- Reconciliation and review of goods receipt documents
- Processing of dunning procedures (reminders for overdue payments)
- Reviewing and maintaining payment terms of our international suppliers
- Communication with our international suppliers
- Maintaining data in our merchandise management system Navision
- Supporting the booking of goods invoices in DATEV and paying goods invoices via our internal banking software
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training/apprenticeship
- At least three years of professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility combined with an independent working style
