In this entry-level role, you will support critical information security functions that safeguard the integrity and compliance of enterprise systems. You will collaborate across teams to maintain certifications, assist with security inquiries from customers and prospects, and contribute to vulnerability assessments and audit readiness. This position offers valuable exposure to international security standards, cloud environments, and regulatory frameworks within a dynamic, technology-driven workplace. Accountabilities:

  • Assist in conducting regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating penetration tests, and preparing for audits.
  • Support maintenance of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certified management systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Value Desk teams to respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests.
  • Help develop and update internal security policies, procedures, and awareness training programs.
  • Contribute to ongoing compliance efforts related to SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for risk assessments, security incidents, and control implementations.
  • Manage external security ratings and trust portals such as UpGuard and BitSight.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of information security principles, risk management, and cloud security concepts.
  • Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR Level 2.
  • Experience or exposure to security platforms like Bugcrowd, UpGuard, BitSight, and Microsoft Azure Security Center is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
