We are snuggs, an investors-backed startup brand of innovative period underwear based in Prague with offices also in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. Since 2019 we have been expanding our community of over 650,000 satisfied customers across Europe with whom we build strong relationships based on trust and openness. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our influencer marketing team. Most of our campaigns are performance-based, with a strong focus on ROI, so we're looking for someone who is driven by results and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities at snuggs

• Actively search for and reach out to new influencers who align with our brand values, expanding our influencer network in DACH markets
• Manage partnerships with our current influencers in DACH region, ensuring seamless and effective collaborations
• Plan influencer campaigns, taking full responsibility for setting objectives, delivering results, and conducting post-campaign evaluations
• Define, track, and analyse KPIs for influencer campaigns - regularly report on campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers to create a loyal network of brand advocates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media in DACH markets, leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies and influencer selection

What we are looking for

• This is primarily a sales-focused role - so you should be resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working with data
• Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English
• Highly adaptable, open-minded, and proactive in embracing new ideas, while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility in every task
• Committed to exceeding expectations by consistently going the extra mile, delivering exceptional results, and setting high standards
• Passion for growth and professional development, constantly seeking opportunities to expand knowledge, enhance skills, and stay ahead in the field
