Your role

We are looking for a (Junior) Influencer Marketing & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to support and shape our growing team at Yoshi en. You have a strong sense for social media trends, creator fit, and performance, and ideally, you already have some initial experience in influencer marketing – especially in the fields of fitness, yoga, or Pilates.

You will actively support the selection, outreach, and management of suitable creators, assist in negotiations and briefings, and be involved in the coordination and execution of collaborations – from planning to publication.

You will also help build partnerships with yoga and Pilates studios.

If you're hands-on, communicate openly, and are excited to dive into the world of premium organic matcha tea, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

So, what can you expect to work on?

  • Research and selection of suitable influencers and content creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Support with outreach, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Creation and coordination of briefings and campaign content
  • Tracking, publishing, and performance evaluation of campaigns
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with relevant yoga and Pilates studios
  • Monitoring trends, insights, and learnings for continuous campaign optimization

Your profile

  • Initial experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the fitness, yoga, or lifestyle sector
  • Strong sense for brand fit, aesthetics, and creator potential
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and an independent working style
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Motivation to familiarize yourself with matcha and premium tea

Nice to have:

  • Experience with influencer tools (e.g., Linkster)
  • Interest in data-driven work and campaign analysis
  • Affinity for e-commerce and D2C brands
