As a true "celebrity hunter," you have a knack for identifying ideal brand ambassadors and showcasing our products in the best light. Your Responsibilities

• Identify relevant influencers and platformsto build strategic partnerships that effectively position our brand.
• Independently source, contact, and negotiate with influencers and agencies in line with our business goals.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth across various target markets.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate closelywith our national and international marketing teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into our broader strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and new platforms to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.

Your profile

• You have 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing and can demonstrate success in executing campaigns and managing influencer relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus – but hands-on experience matters most.
• You are based in or around Berlin and enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
• You’re proficient with influencer marketing toolsand experienced in analyzing campaign performance to measure and improve success.
• You’re well-versed in social media platforms and always up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends.
• You’re confident in negotiations, quickly build trust-based relationships, and can clearly and convincingly communicate your ideas.
• You bring creativity, flexibility, and a structured way of working—and you handle multiple projects at once without losing track.
