Your Responsibilities
- Identify relevant influencers and platforms to build strategic partnerships that effectively position our brand.
- Source, contact, and negotiate with influencers and agencies independently, aligning with our business goals.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support growth across target markets.
- Monitor and analyze influencer partnership performance using KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with our national and international marketing teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activities, and new platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Your profile
- You have 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record in executing campaigns and managing relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but hands-on experience is most important.
- You are based in or near Berlin and prefer working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
- You possess excellent German and English language skills.
- You are proficient with influencer marketing tools and experienced in analyzing campaign performance.
- You are well-versed in social media platforms and stay updated on influencer marketing trends.
- You are confident in negotiations, quickly build trust, and communicate ideas clearly and convincingly.
- You bring creativity, flexibility, and a structured approach, managing multiple projects effectively.
