Currently, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Manager .

Our dynamic People & Places team takes care of all our employees' needs, from recruiting, hiring, and personnel development to office management. To expand our team, we are looking for someone who can take over the administrative HR part.

What you will contribute:

  • Supporting employees in all personnel matters
  • Drawing up employment contracts and all additional agreements on joining and leaving the company
  • Preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting in collaboration with an external service provider
  • Close cooperation within the People & Places team and participating in various HR projects in collaboration with HR Development
  • Contact person to colleagues for questions on employment law, contract design, remuneration, and other HR issues
  • Interface for reporting and certification to the tax office and social security institutions
  • Ongoing management of our HR tool (Personio)

What you need to bring:

  • A university degree with a focus on HR or comparable training with a focus on HR administration
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting
  • Good knowledge of labour, payroll tax, and social security law is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (min. C1).
