The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has initial experience in HR. Comprehensive support for our employees: You are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters.
Administrative HR tasks: You take independent responsibility for managing and organizing all personnel-related processes.
Advising managers: You act as a sparring partner on HR and labor law topics.
Process optimization: You challenge existing structures and contribute innovative ideas to make our HR processes more efficient and future-proof.
Communication & collaboration: You foster an open and respectful environment, bring teams into dialogue, and strengthen exchange – also beyond your own department, in close collaboration with the wider corporate group.
Completed degree: You hold a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Initial professional experience in HR: You bring some practical experience in HR topics and have already gained insights into employee support, HR processes, or similar tasks.
Strong communication skills: You can express yourself clearly and convincingly and are able to communicate effectively with different target groups – from employees to managers.
Team player: You enjoy working in a team and foster positive and open collaboration.
Creativity and innovative mindset: You like to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes and programs.
Digital affinity: You enjoy diving into new technical topics and working with teams to implement solutions.
Fluent in German and English: You are confident in both languages to succeed in an international environment.
