Introduction

As our Growth Marketing Manager for Business Development, you will be responsible for managing our existing partnership network as well as actively seeking new partners and opportunities.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing startup within the marketing team.

At Feather, we develop digital insurance products that matter and positively impact our customers. We provide a fully digital insurance experience to expat communities across Europe. Currently, our team of 60 focuses on strengthening our presence in Germany, Spain, and France, while expanding into new EU markets.

What you bring to the table
  • Experience in business development, partnership marketing, or a related marketing role (sponsorships, sales, events).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in meeting new partners in person, virtually, or via calls.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing deals with affiliates, networks, or sales houses.
  • Proficiency with CRM and outreach tools like Slack, Notion, Google Suite, flow builders such as Tally, and adaptability to new technology.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English plus Spanish or French.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire affiliates and partners across multiple countries.
  • Manage existing affiliate relationships, including payouts, billing, and introducing new products.
  • Build and nurture partner relationships to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative campaign analyses to guide decisions and share insights.
  • Collaborate on optimizing sales materials, marketing assets, landing pages, and product development.
Interview Process
  1. Initial video call: Introduction and discussion (45 min).
  2. Take-home task: A project to understand your approach (2-3 hours).
  3. Task discussion: Review and discuss your work (75 min).
  4. Founder interview: Conversation with one of our founders (30 min).
