Position: Junior FX Dealer

Location: Remote (work from anywhere in the world)

Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage real-time trading activities across platforms.
• Implement risk management and hedging strategies according to exposure and profitability thresholds.
• Assist in liquidity management and pricing spread optimization.
• Oversee electronic trading sessions, escalating connectivity or data issues.
• Maintain accurate trade records, reconcile transactions, and prepare daily reports.
• Identify irregular trading patterns and escalate issues like latency or toxic flow.
• Support improvements in pricing and execution through configuration and routing rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system configurations and testing.
• Communicate with external partners regarding operational or trading matters.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level), with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work during London and US market hours.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, especially FX instruments (spot, forwards, swaps).
• Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader or similar.
• Understanding of execution models and order flow dynamics.
• Knowledge of liquidity provider setups and aggregation systems.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, with bonus points for Python or SQL knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for issue escalation.
• Experience with trade routing and risk management tools.
• Basic understanding of FIX protocol and message logs.
• Familiarity with trading platform administration.
• Comfort with plugin configuration, including liquidity routing and markup settings.
• Basic API skills, such as Python scripting or API testing tools.
