Your responsibilities:

• Create detailed sketches by hand and using Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Collaborate closely with project management and shoe technology to develop products from idea to market readiness.
• Develop creative moodboards, color schemes, and prepare presentations for new product meetings.
• Conduct market analyses and stay updated on global footwear design trends.
• Document, archive, and maintain design-related files in our PDM system.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Design or Transportation Design with some experience in footwear design.
• Excellent sketching skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office; experience with Rhino or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• A good sense for shapes and colors, material knowledge, and technical interest.
• Team player with a structured, independent work style, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation skills.
