Your mission

• Build and manage ingredient specification based on the identified key properties

• Design, evaluate, and improve food processing systems and equipment for new and existing products.

• Support the development of new food products from the idea to prototype

• Conduct kitchen and pilot plant trials for new recipes and process improvements

• Work closely with the product development team and assist in improving recipes for taste, texture, nutrition, and scalability

• Conduct process validation, line trials, and scale-up from lab to production

• Stay up to date with trends, ingredients, and technologies in food science

• Bring a creative and curious mindset to explore ingredient functionality beyond the obvious; experimenting with applications, testing new ingredient combinations, and challenging standard approaches

Your profile

• University degree in Ingredient science , material science , and Food Technology, , or similar/related discipline

• Up to 3 years of experience in product development , processing , or food R&D

• Passionate about innovation, ingredients, and making better food

• First experiences with sensory evaluation, shelf life testing, and regulatory compliance as well as hands-on experience with pilot plant or small-scale production environments

• Willingness to adapt and learn in an evolving work environment, with a problem-solving and hands on mindset

• Exposure to analytical tools and a basic understanding of ingredient testing including rheology

• Demonstrated integrity, self-motivation, and a commitment to improving the food industry

• Strong communication skills in English
