Zusammenfassung

Reinhardt Transport Group in Heidelberg is seeking a fleet controller to oversee night shift operations. You will track trucks, receive and offload at the depot, and execute Planner and Senior Controller instructions for every night shift.

Additional duties include assisting with fleet productivity, wages, fuel consumption, and route planning, assigning tasks to drivers, tracking orders and deliveries, and monitoring driver and vehicle performance to improve efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Matric is required.
• Proficient in Excel (compulsory).
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in fleet management (controller).
• Own transport is required.
• Sober habits are essential.
• Must be able to work night shifts.
• Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Track various trucks during the night shift.
• Receive trucks in the depot for offloading of chrome.
• Receive and execute instructions from the Planner and Senior Controller for every night shift.
• Assist with fleet management aspects (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning).
• Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance and efficiency and identify productivity improvements.

Requirement

• Matric

Remuneration

Competitive salary - Minimum R156 000 per annum to be discussed during the interview
