Qualifikationen

  • 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzrollen, idealerweise in Strategie-Consulting oder Investment Banking.

For our Finance team we are looking for a FP&A Manager.

Your tasks will include:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Support strategic planning with financial analyses and forecasts
    • Participate in the annual budgeting process, creating detailed financial projections
    • Develop ad-hoc financial models and analyze topics like pricing, costs, profitability
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the data team to analyze and interpret data from our data warehouse, focusing on topics such as cohort analysis, lifetime value (LTV), and customer profitability
    • Use Excel/spreadsheets, NetSuite, and Tableau to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data effectively
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial information for decision-making
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams
    • Clearly communicate financial data and insights across various organizational levels
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on your analyses
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends
    • Prepare and deliver financial reports for the board and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for business performance improvements
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate monthly bookings and maintain financial integrity

Your Profile:

  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years in financial roles, ideally in strategy consulting or investment banking or in a fast-paced corporate environment
    • Proven experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Skills:
    • Highly proficient in Excel/spreadsheets, with strong financial modeling skills
    • Basic knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite and data visualization tools like Tableau
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM field, or a related discipline preferred
    • Equivalent work experience in financial analysis or a related field will also be considered
  • Attributes:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized and high attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus for data extraction and manipulation
  • Conversational German Skills
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
