As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for our Operational Finance area and will gradually grow into Project Controlling. You will report to the Head of Finance. The main focus areas include:

• Operational Finance: Ensure timely processing of invoices, approval, and payment integration; manage end-of-month invoicing based on time tracking; collaborate with tax advisors for financial evaluations.

Additional responsibilities

• Create controlling reports for IT projects to monitor progress and financial health.
• Prepare and communicate financial data to support decision-making.
• Identify and report discrepancies in time tracking for accurate project recording.
