Zusammenfassung

AND-E is redefining mobility protection in Germany, seeking an infrastructure leader to own and evolve our critical platforms. You will drive cloud adoption, automation, and lifecycle governance while aligning with business goals across the MS&AD Group collaboration. English fluency is required, German is a plus.

You will shape the strategy, manage budgets, and mentor teams across compute, storage, and networks, including ISO27001 and DORA compliance considerations. 60% remote work possible.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or equivalent (ITIL/TOGAF certs acceptable).
• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or platform ownership.
• Hands-on compute, storage, networking and virtualization; cloud adoption on a major hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code and automation skills (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management, SLA/KPI design and capacity planning.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA or BAIT; fluent English, German helpful.

How You'll Make An Impact

What It Takes To Succeed In This Role

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF certifications)
• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering, incl. 3+ years in technical leadership or platform ownership
• Hands‑on experience across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), including cloud adoption on a major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong background in Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with ITIL‑aligned service management, including SLA/KPI design and capacity planning
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, or BAIT
• Fluent English required, German language skills are an advantage
