Job summary

AND-E is seeking an experienced Infrastructure leader to own the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms across compute, storage, and networks. You will drive cloud adoption, automation, and resilience, while shaping the technology roadmap and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in CS/IT/EE or equivalent (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF certs).
• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering with 3+ years in leadership or platform ownership.
• Hands-on compute/storage/networking/virtualization; cloud adoption on major hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA or BAIT is a plus.

What it takes to succeed in this role

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF certifications)
• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering, incl. 3+ years in technical leadership or platform ownership
• Hands-on experience across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), including cloud adoption on a major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management, including SLA/KPI design and capacity planning
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, or BAIT
• Fluent English required, German language skills are an advantage
