Your Tasks - What you can expect as Junior Finance Analyst (f/m/d) - EMEA Region?
- You are responsible for our reporting in our largest region, EMEA.
- Within this scope, you continue to develop and improve our reporting system (e.g., content enhancements, simplifications, and automation).
- You support the regional budget and forecast processes by maintaining/updating budgeting and forecasting templates, consolidating on a regional level, and running quality and consistency checks.
- You work closely with the regional CFO in analyzing current business performance and help prepare decision proposals for regional management meetings and the Group Executive Committee (GEC).
- You are involved in selected EMEA finance projects (e.g., FX protection improvements).
- You are the contact person for colleagues in sales and controlling regarding customer and product data.
- You are the EMEA key user for our investment approval process tool.
Your Profile - What do you bring as Junior Finance Analyst (f/m/d) - EMEA Region?
- You hold a relevant university degree in Business Administration or Finance and have optionally already gained some practical experience in finance/controlling.
- You have a strong understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills.
- You enjoy dealing with various business issues and like to get to the “bottom” of the underlying drivers in a fact-based, analytical approach.
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and potentially also have some experience in SAP FICO, VBA, or Python.
- You like to work in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world and know how to deal with cultural differences.
- You work independently and are a good communicator with business-fluent English skills (German and other European languages would be a plus).
