Zusammenfassung

a&o Hostels in Berlin is seeking a motivated (Junior) F&B Trainer to lead and coach our food and beverage team, ensuring high quality service and adherence to standards.

You will occasionally cover shifts in kitchen or bar, drive process improvements, and contribute to projects across the hostel operations. German and English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for F&B services, preferably in gastronomy or hospitality.

• Train and coach our F&B staff.
• Impose quality and HACCP standards in kitchen and bar.

YOUR JOB

• You will be in charge of training and coaching our F&B staff


• Quality and HACCP standards in kitchen and bar have to be imposed, which will be supervised by you


• You do not mind to step in for shifts in kitchen or bar at times


• Process optimization and formulation of derived measures, as well as the implementation of other quality assurance measures, are your responsibility


• You contribute actively to various projects and accept side-tasks, if necessary
