Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development

Location: Bonn

The position is to be filled by September 1, 2025, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.

As Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development (POD), you will support our HR internal POD team in all aspects of employee development worldwide. You will engage with organization-wide learning initiatives, such as learning management systems, in-house training, mentoring, development measures, and talent development.

Your responsibilities

  1. Co-develop and implement a global training guideline.
  2. Administer, optimize, and maintain the internal learning management system, including expanding its functions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and organize annual in-house training courses at the head office.
  4. Implement and coordinate the global mentoring program.
  5. Support and advise managers and employees on individual development measures.
  6. Coordinate and cooperate with the works council.
  7. Co-develop and pilot a global, modular talent development program.

Your profile

  1. A university or college degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Initial professional experience or interest in digital or online learning offers.
  3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. A high level of personal initiative, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
  5. Excellent intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  6. Very good written and spoken English and German language skills. French language skills would be an advantage.
