Your tasks at sovanta
- You are responsible for gathering customer requirements (e.g. as part of on-site/remote workshops) and are involved in creating offers
- The implementation of integrations between Qualtrics and other CRM/HRIS systems (e.g. SalesForce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Sales and Service Cloud)
- You develop customized closed-loop actions to drive organizational change
- This includes consulting and clear communication on solutions and best practices with customers via online meetings and e-mail
- You will work with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
- You are the main contact person* for customers during conception and implementation
- You work on the further development of our XM portfolio including our custom solutions on the Qualtrics XM platform
What we are looking for
- You have a university degree in computer science, social science (e.g. psychology), business informatics or a comparable degree programme
- You have knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- You have a high level of customer orientation, a confident manner, good communication skills and enjoy providing advice
- Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM/HRIS systems (e.g. SalesForce, SAP Sales and Service Cloud, SAP SucessFactors)
- Experience in survey methodology is an advantage, but not a must
- You are ready to become an expert* on the Qualtrics XM platform and related solutions
- You have a strong desire to gain in-depth product knowledge and familiarize yourself with new technologies
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- You are highly organized
- Fluent German and English top off your profile
