Jobbeschreibung

You will be part of a high-growth region with a world-class team, working closely with our customers and prospects. You will help shape and evolve consulting and product delivery offerings and drive new business with your sales partners.

Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure a thorough understanding of customer expectations. Conduct meetings with sales and discuss proposed solution details with prospects during all phases of the sales cycle.
  2. Present the range of LNRS fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication products and services. Clarify technical details regarding functionality, performance, security, best practices, and deployment architectures.
  3. Adopt a consultative approach by listening actively and asking well-posed questions to identify and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their businesses, and industries to help them realize the business value and transformations achievable with our solutions.
  5. Guide customers through proposed solutions, including technical demonstrations, detailed technical and business processes, and high-level engagement plans.
  6. Drive opportunities from inception through internal handover to delivery.
  7. Provide expertise by applying product and/or process knowledge to the customer base.

Requirements :

  1. Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, authentication, banking, cyber security, malware research, credit policy, or payments industry.
  2. Experience working with prospective customers to identify and clearly articulate requirements.
  3. Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and explore options effectively. Strong active listening skills to understand client needs.
  4. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
