Qualifikationen

  • Experience with at least 1 end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work towards MB-800 certification.

Job Description : Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Location : Remote – Germany, EMEA Region

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for our EMEA office. This role involves assisting senior consultants with the delivery of projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients receive efficient support throughout the implementation process.

Overall responsibilities include :

  • Work with Senior Consultants to organize and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects on behalf of clients for Financial Reporting, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order, Processing, Warehouse Management according to client’s requirements.
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and help to perform an initial assessment of clients’ requirements.
  • Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, process flow workshops, reading reports etc.)
  • Analyze and interpret data to determine weaknesses and problems, identifying the root causes of the problems.
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities, and limitations, forming concise reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
  • Develop detailed project plans to implement changes.
  • Assist clients in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.
  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.
  • Assist the Helpdesk with providing Support to our clients and customers.
  • Train towards completing additional Microsoft certifications as required
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, including demonstrations.
  • Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within in D365 BC project management software
  • Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
  • Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices within the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem

Requirements :

  • Experience with completion of at least 1 end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation or Migration project
  • Proficiency in English
  • Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics
  • Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms / architecture, and application server.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and / or board of directors.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in an understandable form, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information systems or equivalent
  • Certification in MB-800 Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or willing to work towards
