We are looking for a passionate individual to support our digital learning and development initiatives, helping shape our culture, learning, and talent strategies. Reporting to the Group Head of Talent, you will help maintain and develop our learning offerings and contribute to future talent initiatives.
As Junior Digital Learning Architect, you will assist our Senior Architect in integrating digital learning experiences within PHOENIX group across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include supporting the implementation of our learning management system, developing learning opportunities, and consulting internal customers and academies.
This position is based at our headquarters in Mannheim or anywhere in Germany, with regular on-site requirements.
