Your Profile

  1. Ideally, you have completed studies in human resource management, psychology, learning or instructional design, business/economics, social sciences, or a related field.
  2. Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment related to people development or talent management.
  3. Open to recent graduates with internship or work experience.
  4. Customer-oriented mindset with curiosity and openness to learning.
  5. Focus on efficiency and process optimization in projects.
  6. Proactive, pragmatic problem solver who gets things done.
  7. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  8. Proficiency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  9. Interest in learning design; experience with Articulate and course design is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Permanent employment, 13 salaries, vacation pay, 30 days of vacation, and more (e.g., job bike, pension scheme).
  • Flexible working arrangements including mobile office options.
  • Opportunities for career growth within PHOENIX Group.
  • Access to extensive training through PHOENIX Learning World.
  • Team cohesion through various events and activities.

We welcome candidates with many of these skills; even if you don’t meet all requirements but have the right mindset, we want to hear from you!
