New Flag in Munich seeks a Junior Demand & Supply Planning Manager to own end-to-end S&OP for defined brands and regions. You will analyze sales figures, identify trends early, and ensure products are in the right place at the right time—globally.

Contribute to robust forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and actively drive improvements in allocation decisions with a hands-on, ownership mindset. Hybrid work with modern Munich offices is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree with a business focus or vocational training plus relevant experience in inventory/supply planning, demand planning or S&OP/IBP.
• Analytical and commercial thinking with drive for quality results and willingness to own outcomes.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership, and creativity with strong stakeholder skills.
• Strong communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Solid MS Excel skills; VBA a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop robust forecasts for brands in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Serve as key contact in global inventory management from demand planning to country teams.
• Identify root causes of trends, bottlenecks and overstocks and drive corrective actions.
• Build and continuously improve day-to-day processes across the product lifecycle.
• Own allocation decisions during supply shortages and communicate with country teams.
• Execute stock allocations and reservations accurately in order management.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end S&OP process for defined brands and regions. You will analyze sales figures, identify trends early, and ensure our products are in the right place at the right time - globally.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• Develop robust forecasts for your brands, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build an aligned and realistic demand and inventory plan
• Act as a key point of contact in our global inventory management, from demand planning through distribution to country teams
• Identify the root causes behind trends, bottlenecks, and overstocks, and drive the right corrective actions together with relevant stakeholders
• Build and continuously improve processes that don't just look good on paper but actually work in day-to-day operations, across the full product lifecycle
• Take ownership of allocation decisions during supply shortages, ensure clear communication to country teams, and help maximize impact with limited resources
• Take responsibility for the operational execution of stock allocations and reservations in order management - precisely and efficiently

What you bring

• A completed degree with a business focus (preferably Marketing or Supply Chain Management) or a completed vocational training, plus relevant experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP/IBP
• Analytical and commercial thinking, paired with a strong drive for quality results - looking beyond your own area of responsibility comes naturally to you
• A hands-on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and creativity
• A team player with strong communication and persuasion skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel (VBA skills a plus)
• Familiarity with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
