Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities.
  • Support business teams with analytical insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way.
  • Define and manage key performance metrics for self-service analytics across teams.
  • Ensure the reliability of data pipelines and transformation workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation and data models for consistency and usability.
  • A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with data (internships, student jobs, or full-time roles).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Python libraries like pandas.
  • Exposure to data workflows and pipelines (AWS, Airflow, dbt is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
