We're looking for an exceptional (Junior) Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us bring this vision to life.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our customers, guiding them from their first construction site to a full company-wide rollout. You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for their success and for building strong, lasting relationships. This role is a hybrid of strategy and execution, you will not only help customers get maximum value from our product but also play a key role in driving account growth by turning POCs into successful, long-term partnerships.
You will collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Enablement teams to continuously improve the customer experience and drive growth.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.
